Which one?

So I am basically torn between two builds for a friend.

Build A has a GTX 780 and some other snazzy features like an ROG MOBO, a Phanteks CPU cooler, an 850 W, Gold, Fully Modular PSU and a WD black hard drive in a Fractal design Define R4case Also build a has 16GB of RAM wich, mark my words, will be very helpful for the future.  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ZhwZ

Build B has the brand new GTX 780TI but lacks some features. It Has a Gigabyte 990fx UD5 Mobo, a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Mobo, Only 8 Gb of RAM.  XFX 650 W Bronze Semi Modular, A western Digital Blue HDD, And an NZXT source 530. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ZhIg

His max budget is $1600

I am leaning towards build A because first of all it holds it's own in Gaming Performance and has alot of extra Features B doesn't, like better overclocking, faster drives, bigger and better PSU, More RAM and a better case.

But Build B has better Gaming performance because of that 780Ti.  But, Build A is setup for SLI because of that 850W PSU.

What do you think?

We need to know what he is going to use it for to have an opinion.

I'd pick Build A.  But get an SSD in a build of that price.

A GTX 780 is a beast.  I don't feel the 780 ti is worth the extra 200 dollars.
