im thinking of getting a graphics card and need to know whitch of these 2 is the best

They are about the same really, with the 7750 maybe coming out slightly ahead.

You're better off waiting though and saving up a tiny bit more money. A GTX 750 will do better than both those cards, as will a GTX 650 Ti or 750 Ti. The R7 260X is also a good option.

what is your budget? if you are dead set at $110-$120, i would get the new GTX 750. better than both of those.
