Which one is better ? (temps, overclocking , etc )

I am building a pc and I don't know which one is better.

ASUS R9 280X DirectCU TOP

Also the Sapphire is a little bit cheaper.

They are both great and have great cooling solutions, you can overclock them both to the max and you will not have to worry about the temperatures. According to those links, the Asus is cheaper and since I personally own an Asus card I can recommend that.

Those fans will never get to 100%, ever.
