just give me your thoughts and This is my first build. I mainly am going to stream leagur of legends maybe otehr games too

Well, the Intel one is simply going to perform better in benchmarks and cost you $130 more. You won't really notice a terrbly huge difference in most games. Maybe a few fps... If you have the money, the Intel build is better future-proofed seeing as how it natively supports PCI-e 3.0. Currently this isn't all that important until you get into Geforce 680-690 kinds of cards, but in the future it will become a more pressing matter as cards fully saturate PCI-e 2.0 and really start hurting for the bandwidth that PCI-e 3.0 provides. Also, why did you choose the Sabertooth boards? They aren't all that much better than any of the other boards and the ROG boards usually offer many more features for not that much more money. Also, with the AMD build, you should totally go for ASRock. Despite their early reputation for inexpensive and middling quality parts, their high end parts are really good and a quality match to most board manufacturers like MSI and ASUS. The other benefit with ASRock is that unlike MSI, they usually give you open-ended overclocking controls. So if you happen to buy DDR3 clocked at 2400 MHz, you can easily take it past 2800 MHz. Also, AMD tends to pair better with itself, consider looking at the Sapphire Radeon 7870 XT, or the Powercolor PCS+ Radeon 7870. Those are both based on the Tahiti platform and are technically Radeon 7930, but are for whatever reason outperforming the Radeon 7950s which cost more.

then if i go with intel, anything you suggest for a motherboard. The only reason i feel the need to go amd is, because they outperform intel in streaming+gaming.

any other suggestions will help

........

For the AMD build, the Sabertooth 990FX is a fantastic board. You might want to look into the Crosshair IV Formula if you want a different aesthetic, but the Sabertooth is one of Asus's best quality series of boards. For the radiator on the X60, you should look into either Noctua NF-P14 140mm fans, Corsair SP120mm fans, or Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm fans. The Noctuas ar the best, but damn, are they ugly.

Get some Promilatech PK1 thermal paste - it is the best :D
