Which of these 2 laptops should i keep?

Ok i bought a lenovo laptop a couple months ago at a pawn shop for $114 and i have been using it off and on,but now my sister is selling me her laptop for $200(100 now and 100 next week),and i am only buying it cause she really needs the money.

Now my laptop has a better cpu,but hers has better ram,hd,and better onboard video.

What am thinking of doing is keep one and sell the other.

I use my laptop for surfing the web,watching movies,listening to music(on my hd and on pandora)and i would also like to do some gaming(i know i would have to run most games on lowest settings,if the game will even run at all)

i would keep the lenovo, the spec's are a bit lower but the build quality from a lenovo is outstanding and they are very reliable.

Ok then i have some question about the lenovo,1,is it worth it to upgrade it to 4gb of ram?,2,If i were to do that do i need to replace the stick it already has in it(1x2gb)?,3,Would it also worth it to upgrade to windows 7  from vista that i am running now? and if i did that would it run better?

So hers would be faster,even though her cpu is a single core and mine is a dual core?

sorry I thought that was a dual core model, what I would do is run some benchmarks, see which one gets the highest FPS

I'll do that when i get the laptop in a week or 2,cause my sister lives in a different town,but a family member is visiting her in the next 2 weeks and she will be sending it up with them when they head back.

Can you suggest some benchmarks for running on them?

Also do you think i should post results of the benchmarks on this topic?
