Both boards are pretty similar as far as i can see.
And they will be fine for a setup like that basicly.
I would probably go with the gaming version.

Should go for this board, $115 B150 pretty solid power delivery + USB 3.1
Although both of those look fine as well, probably go for the gaming one, it has a bit more full I/O

Also what was your whole build/budget?
Looks like the main difference is the B150 board has 2 more sata ports and is missing onboard HDMI vs the Gaming board.
Flip a coin I guess. Or probably just get the gaming board unless you thing you'll even need more than 4 sata ports
The PC Mate series are pretty good. Bought mine used on eBay, works very good.
