Which Motherboard?

I was re-putting together my pc build today, and I have been suddenly halted with a choice between two motherboards. I have decided to go with a AMD Trinity APU, and obviously with that comes an FM2 Socket Motherboard, and the limited choices with them.

Here's my build currently: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rAPH

The motherboards I am trying to decide between are;

GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-UP4 (FM2 Socket) AMD A85X (Hudson D4) Motherboard

ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 (FM2 Socket) AMD A85X (Hudson D4) Motherboard

Now, you may be thinking; "Those are basically the same Motherboard!" Yes, they are. The only things that seperates them is the slight difference in price, the reviews on Newegg.com, and they each have (different) awards too.

ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6

Pros:

- Nicer looking Asthetics (in my opinion)

- Better Reviews

- Supports higher freq. Memory: DDR3 2600+(OC)/2400(OC)/2133(OC)

- Has one more PCI Slot

GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-UP4

Pros:

- Cheaper that ASRock with Newegg.com combo deal (with AMD A10 5800K)

- One more PCI x1 Slot than ASRock Motheboard

- Basically, the same specs as the ASRock

Which one would you choose?

Opinions? Suggestions for the build?

Thanks for taking time to read this.

extreme6, ram speed makes a big diff with apu's, plus it has a better sound card.

also, if you can find a 500 or 550w psu, by xfx, seasonic or corsair, that is cheaper, i'd get that instead. 650w is overkill for an apu rig

I was thinking of later adding a discrete graphics card when I have the money (or even two in Crossfire) I was also looking at a power supply by SeaSonic in the same M12II series thst had 520W (instead of 620W), but it was only $10 cheaper. Also, if I got the 520W, I wouldn't have enough wattage to crossfire two cards (at least the cards i'm looking at.)

Thanks for the feedback
