main diff is # of usb 3 ports and #of pcie slots....

That OC Z77 is an awesome looking. If your not going to need IDE or PCI then go with it. Other wise go with the Fatality. You get more with it

The OC doesnt even have a debug LED :/ . I would only get it if you wanted to reeeeallly overclock. It can havehigher stable overclocks with the extra 4 pin on the mobo (if you are good at OCing). Otherwise its a lac luster board with poor features for the price. I also would get the Fatality.
