Which MoBo should I get?

I found this Gygabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard at a fairly good price but I can't decide between this and the Asrock 990FX EXTRME 3 , they both are at the about the same price point and have more or less the same features but I don't have a lot of information about their build quality , stability or other stuff . So I'm looking for some thoughts .

Go for the gigabyte.  The ASRock has a weak 4+1 power phase design, and gigabytes should have their VRM problems worked out by now.

I have that gigabyte board in my HTPC and it's been rock solid.

Gigabyte with their UD series are great boards. The PCB is solid, rev4 of the board have most issues fixed, so yes, I would go with Gigabyte.

The UD3 is the best "entry" 990FX board on the market. Rock solid!

If the Ud3 is any revision besides the 4th then your going to need to get something like a Asus 990fx pro or evo
