Which is better?

I am building a new gaming rig. I have all of the parts planned out except for the gpu. I don't know which to get, should I get the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 660 Ti windforce or the HIS Radeon hd 7870 IceQ edition my budget is $300 Can anyone help me?

The 7870, normal version, tends to give high FPS more often on top games. Grab the 7870.

But wouldn't the IceQ edition run colder than the normal, so I could overclock the gpu more

Oh yeah. By all means grab a non-reference or GHz card. I was just stateing that the reference 7870 offers better FPS on more games than the 660 ti.
