Which is better asmedia or amd for SSD'S

This is my board:

I want to know what is going to load my operating system fast the asmedia sata controller or.... AMD controller? As it supports both.


AMD SB950 controller :
5 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s),

ASMedia® PCIe SATA controller :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), navy blue

I would use the AMD SATA ports, because I think the South bridge is more tightly integrated into the hardware so there will be less latency.  I am not sure on this, but I always thought of the asmedia sata ports as being an adition, so you can have more sata ports and then having to use an interface that was not meant to be used for anything in particular.

Do you think?  Would it inscrese speeds, if so by how much?

I think the performance changes would be very very small, if any.
