The more expensive one has a higher core and boost clock and will probably run a little cooler.
They are practically the same card. The gtx 750 uses so little power and puts out very little heat that the ACX cooler is complete overkill. I think that card #2 has a slightly higher factory overclock which is irrelevant since you can overclock GPUs yourself at home. Considering the price to performance, the two cards are exactly the same card. The 2nd card you spend 10 dollars extra to get a 2nd fan that isn't needed, thats the difference between them.

R7 265 is faster across most games and it has more onboard memory.
