I wanted to know which card is better. 

I'm not worried about the cost difference.

I will be mostly playing BF4.

they are both 7950's, so they are the same, the one with the triple cooler though might be a bit quieter and allowing you to OC just a bit more, giving you better FPS

What's your budget, if you have a budget near $300 you could just get a R9-280X
