I have saved up £600 and have made two builds that i could make, what does everyone think about them and which one should I build?

The Intel build, I would just recommend changing the PSU.

 Another alternative Intel build is this if you are willing to change the case and leave out the 1TB hard drive. However, you could get a 1TB HDD first then a SSD if you wanted:
