Which build is better for Gaming?

Sup guys! I'm building a gaming PC with a budget of $420 after rebates. I've come up with two different possible builds. An Intel build and an AMD build. I want to know which of my builds is better for playing games like BF3, Far Cry 3, Skyrim, Assasins Creed 3 etc. at 1920x1080.

AMD Build (955 BE, 7850): http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sFH9

Intel Build (3220, GTX 650 Ti): http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sBWH (disregard the mobo warning, many reviews have said that it works with Ivy Bridge out of the box)

I'm buying the parts tomorrow, so the faster the response the better.

Thank you guys so much!

AMD build, but i recomend putting a gfx card on the intel build and then its still slieghtly in favour of the phenom because of its 4 core's vs the i3's 2. Although some say the phenom's cores are not true cores. but i would go for the AMD build overall

THe system with the better graphics card will always come out on top, here is a bench of the 7850 vs 650ti. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/549?vs=680

So the 955 build with the 7850 will give you better gaming performance, that powersupply is a little bit of a worry. Have you had experience with Coolmax before? The power supply shouldnt be a area you go cheap on, a xfx 450 would be a worthwhile investment for sure. Even a XFX 550 would really round you out nicely.

An Antec Earthwatts 650W is a great value option.

I only trust SeaSonic for PSU's. That's the best you'll get right there. Pretty sure the AMD GPU is faster than the Nvidia GPU but what do I know?
