So guys if possible what do you think of each build do ignore the case part though since I could not make one itx (and one) and am going to pick something based in your feedback.
FYI my budget is like £600 and it must be for gaming with lights (that's what my boss wants)

i think the red one is better.
I like the non-existential one.
Erhm, what builds? None linked in the post that I can see.
i would go for the one in the middle....?
In other words, which builds?

oops my bad links are there now
I'd definitely prioritize putting more money into the GPU, although it really depends upon whether you want to see better performance, or a better looking build. IMO, the first should come as priority. For that reason, I'd drop those fans. That gives you an extra £30.
I also wouldn't spend so much on a CPU cooler just for the aesthetics. The 212 EVO is always a good option, and £25 too. You can get some alright overclocking done with it.
You'll definitely want a higher wattage PSU, EVGA does a 80+ gold 500 Watt for a couple quid more.
You'll probably want a quad core as more recent titles lock you out for having < 4 threads. For this price, it'll make AMD the way to go seeing as a quad core intel chip will cost upwards of £100 alone.
An SSD isn't a necessity, that money would be best spent elsewhere on a tight budget (GPU per se)
That WD drive, check amazon. Reviews since 2014 have been pretty negative.
Not going to suggest a case change because it's subjective.
Here's my suggestion, although someone else will probably spot some flaws:

It's looks like it'd be a pretty nice looking predominantly black build IMO, great with some white LEDs if you really want the bling.
Would've preferred a 1x8GB kit of RAM for future upgrades but, hey ho. If you can find a 1x8GB kit in your budget it may be worth going for. There's no gaming performance difference between dual vs single channel.

I like this build. I would consider a GTX 960 due to SFF as well due to lower TDP, but an R9 280X should still work just fine.
i would go with the pentium G build, and upgrade the cpu to an i5, and the GPU to something more highend lateron.
On the otherhand the Atlonbuild with 280X also not a bad build that @SpaceCat made above.
IMO, If he's willing to go with the Pentium, and be locked out of a couple of games, I'd just save £30 swapping out the mobo and CPU in the build I suggested, and using the extra £30 to get the monitor he linked in the AMD build... or stick with the other monitor in the intel build he proposed (which pretty much makes the whole thing cost £600, +/- a fiver) if he's not willing to bump it up £30 as he suggested he could (as one of the builds he linked in the post was roughly £630)
Like this, it's £620ish:

Yeah it depends allot on which games he want to play basicly.
If the games he likes, especialy need a quadcore, then the pentium G isnt going to make much sense.
Then something like a Athlon 860K, would make more sense.

thanks for the feedback guys I think I may go for the Athlon one you linked @SpaceCat although with a few tweeks i.e. omitting a monitor my boss might just use a tv for onepluss 1080p would be better thats why I went the samsung as my other BenQ 1080p one has bee discoutinued according to pcpp and yeah yoou are right about the hyper 212 although it was more the go for a color ascetic theme with the blue and black since my boss was like "I want a window leds the works" plus those 3 led fans too were just for lighting as I don't know how well those led strips I added are and yeah i will consider the XFX gpu too although I dont so much know the type of games my boss would play so ill bare it in mind anyway and way up the cost to graphics ratio since looking at some reviews of r9 280x is more of and ultra to high card rather I may save some money and go for a slightly lower card for more medium to high
p.s. in regards to using a higher watt psu i mostly based it on the watt calculator from pcpp that's why I went with the lower watt
