Which 7950 Should I Get?

I plan on getting the sapphire card http://amzn.to/ZForps  I heard some people say that this card is voltafe locked, is this true and would a locked voltage and would that limit my overclocking ability .

I want one that is quiet and cool so which one do you think i should get?

That sapphire will melt it's own VRM under heavy load.The other two links are to the same card, which is decent, but overpriced.

The Gigabyte 7950 is voltage locked, and the Sapphires tend to have overheating issues because of a dead-space of air between the heatsink and mosfets. I'd spend the little bit more on an MSI Twin Frozr 7950, which are built with really nice components, run quietly (at lower fan speeds; it can get pretty loud), and looks fantastic.
