Where to source dome top thumb sticks for the 360 controller?

I've been using these

While they feel nice, but the rubber is falling apart after just a few months :/ was wondering if anyone knows where else i could get dome top thumb sticks compatible with the xbox 360 controller because frankly i'm getting sick of replacing the thumb sticks all the time.

Lol I got like 10 of the stock ones. Thanks for help finding the dome tops been having a lot of trouble finding them
