Where to download anime?

do you guys know where to download anime *cough* for *cough*free *cough* *cough*? or suggest a good anime, I'm thinking of watching code geass.

Mr. Destruction gaming..I watch anime HERE..

And as always here is my anime LIST..

Well, anime's main distribution ports are *cough* *cough* torrents.

nyaa.eu Public tracker, only good for getting recent stuff

bakabt.me Semi-private, need an account to search and enforced ratios

Streaming disgusts me...

your smart, even took me a while figure out why you called me destruction haha

Why stream when you can archive, it's half of the fun! :D

I suggest both of what raime suggested and ill add This, they get some uploaders that don't do Nyaa.

Just... please try to keep leeching to a minimum... Please...

I use KissAnime to watch and download anime, and I use Hummingbird instead of MAL to track my anime.

MAL is so 1995...

i only stream unless i have to. hehe

what is archiving?

Archiving is downloading and storing everything by category and ect, essentially taking making a library to another level. Like having a small bookshelf/local server rack of harddrives labeled for different genres and/or years. It's fun :)

I would half to agree with raimeken here.  These are two sites I use as well and for the most part they have everything you could ever want.

Any sites you guys know of to find English dubs of Mobile Suit Gundam? Preferably older series like the original Mobile Suit Gundam, Char's Counter-attack, Zeta Gundam, Gundam Wing, Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, 0083: Stardust Memory, etc. I just want the english dubs but they are really difficult to find. Id really appreciate any help.

Personally, I'm a HUGE bleach fan. I usually steam because my laptop does not have enough space to archive and my rig is as of right now, out of commision. As for finding anime online I usually google watch [insert anime here] online free. Usually in the first 3 pages you will find something. Or you can use the technically legal file sharing services we all know too well ;)

English dubs.... *shivers*

I quite like hugefiles links when I find them. They let me both stream and DL a file at decent speeds using VLC Web Player (and only with a simple captcha too)

I just can't get into listening to the original Japanese audio. I don't understand it at all, and I don't like reading subs because a lot of times they are incorrect. I'd prefer to watch and listen in English. Hearing is a big part of the experience and I end up tuning it out by reading the subs, and miss things going on. I'm only receiving half of the experience that way. That's why I prefer English dubs (as cheezy as some voice actors sound) so I can hear and so my eyes can see the movie like they are intended to instead of reading text the whole time.

don't bring that trite in here. It's unwanted. If we wanted to see what things translate via google translate from Japanese to Vietnamese to English we'd play the Vietnamese Pokemon Crystal.

IRC is a good way to get anime that's actually how most anime sites get it. hexchat makes it easy. just look for #somegroup @ someserver.net. if you pay attention at the start of watching anime online especially if you've seen older anime then you'll know where to go.

if not you can find some clues at the bottom of your favorite animes MAL page.

Ugh what? Horriblesubs are straight ripped from Crunchyroll. They're PROFESSIONAL subs and most fansubs even use CR subs as the base for their own releases. Not that I recommend Horriblesubs but they're mostly fine.

A good place to look for archived material is warez-bb.org . I use it for finding those more obscure items, and I've never had an issue with viruses (or at least, nothing that wasn't a false positive). Lots of Direct DL links too. You need a free account though, and not everything is there, so have a look, but you may need to look somewhere else.
