Where do you set which graphics card is used for virtual terminals?

The card in the first physical slot is set as primary in BIOS. It shows the BIOS screen and the GRUB menu.

After GRUB, the terminal loading text shows on the other card, which is in slot three.

After Linux Loads, the Greeter and the graphical environment show on the first slot card again.

If I press CTL+ALT+F1 (F2,F3, etc) to switch to a virtual terminal, the virtual terminal shows on the the second card still.

How do I change this so that the virtual terminals also show on card one?

Speaking from no experience but I’m guessing xrandr.
