shoot I use pycharm for python but didn't think about the lesser snuff.

Shweet. I use pycharm for my python stuff, don't really do web dev anymore, but when I did, I used idea (since I had bought it for android stuff and it supports node, angular and react).

My preference for CLI only is definitely vim.
