Much love to the gentleman with the conceal carry permits; I carry as well.  Here's the stuff I carry

To work:

1. Wallet

2. Personal Keys

3. Work Keys

4. Note 3 (Verizon)

5. Mechanics' Gloves

6. Tool Bag

Not Working:

1. Sig SP2022

2. (2) 17 rd mags with JHP +P

3. Wallet

4. Keys

5. Note 3 (Verizon)

I want to start carrying a flash drive and a light multi tool.

1. ASUS Zenfone 5 Smartphone

2. iPad Mini

3. Huawei Pocket WiFi

4. 16gb Sandisk Flashdrive

5. Wallet (That's practically empty most of the time)

6. Stethoscope (my job begs for it LOL)

7. Rosary (I am religious =] )

An Operator. I can recognize that gun from any where anytime. (Because of MGS4 :D)

Wonder if I should show off my tool bag.

Btw why do you always bring a gun with you? also two magazine an a knife?

Lol  +1

I take this with me wherever i go. I don't normally bring my laptop so it's not on the list.

Camera: Nikon D3200 + 35mm f1.8g

Headphones: Audiotechnica ATH-M50x with shure velour pads (the detachable cable is a godsend)

phone: Droid Mini

Wallet: Ducti duct tape thing that needs replacing.

Keys: house, car, bike lock, you get the gist

Water Bottle: Water bottle

Kleen Kanteen is bad-ass water bottle

I never expect to use my carry gun. I never want to.

but if one day I need to? by god I want that 2lbs lump of steel near at hand.

the extra mags are personal preference, a 1911 is ammo limited, I only use flush fit 8 round magazines, so I only have 8 rounds- I want to be able to reload. also- my Adams holster came with a 2 mag carrier...

the knife is a tool, not a weapon, I use my shallot to slice boxes, cordage, and plastic. not people.

as for the gun?

it's actually an issue syle M1911a1. not an operator (M45) an operator has a rail, forward slide serrations, checkered front strap, beaver tail grip safety, commander style skeletonized hammer, skeletonized long trigger, extended slide stop and safety, flared magwell, and adjustable sights.

I see, I guess it's pretty normal for people in other countries to carry a gun for self defense.

I also have an AO Smith & Wesson Extreme ops knife that I only use at home. As a tool of course. And I can't really walk around with it in the public cuz It's illegal in here.

Now that you said it your gun doesn't have a rail like an operator do. (I don't know much about guns)

Oh wow, people that carry firearms in public...

I just wonder: is there a correlation between the states in the US where open or concealed carry is allowed and the level of education/higher education in those states? I don't know, I just wonder... which are the states where open or concealed carry is allowed, and how do they perform in terms of education?
