What's wrong with my PSU? (Pictures)

I've a Corsair TX850 PSU for about 8months now. Just happened to notice a strange deposit in it. Here are some pics:

It still works. But this seems like something has burst. Any ideas?

Nope. That's just normal. It's glue and other insulating compounds. Completely normal.

It's absolutely fine. Not insulating compounds, NJM, but glue; the goal is to keep things inside where they should be, and from interacting with each other unintentionally. The glue does that, and can be applied pretty messily. Don't worry about the glue, it's perfectly safe.
