@Logan mentioned once, that they're using OBS. But I'm more interested how @wendell is connected with that low latency and nice quality. Surely not per Skype or any other video chat service.
He made a streaming server using nginx.

You are probably adding @wendell's RTMP stream from the nginx server as a source in OBS, right? But how can you then listen to each other?

He fixed it with jw player. So i can hear him though that. Then i just use hangouts so he can hear me... He mutes his mic there.
