Instead of just complaining about the sometimes slow downloads speeds of Linux Deepin in Australia, I thought i'd research what it takes to become a distro mirror. I've found that a lot of mirrors are Universities, so it may be a good idea for me to ask mine and others.
My Bluehost reseller account and things like Y U No Host would not work because they are not local? Unis may not want to front the cost. What does it actually take to mirror a distro?
