alot of people hate it because it's 1 pixel off of true 16:9, some people hate it because it's not 1080p
really it's perfectly good, i don't understand the complaints
That's it? That's weird especially because he referred to it as the spawn of Satan or something.
That was a standard moniter resolution on laptops earlier. Now the standard is 1920x1080. Color and quality of the display being equal, higher resolution is better. That is a guess. Google only confused me here. Can someone else answer this?
OHHHHH yeah the whole aspect ratio thing. that makes sense.
Absolutely atrocious pixel density for 15.6" and very little workspace. In most cases where there's 1366x768 there should be 1600x900 and on 15.6" 1920x1080 is optimal.
For anything over a 14.1" laptop it's not a desireable resolution.
I personally have 1366x768 laptop. It's way to short, shorter than regular 16:9 and it's noticeable. Wideness isn't to useful for word processing.
