If you plan to go with the cheaper build, don't put the 8320 on that motherboard (it lacks sufficient vrm count/cooling and thus may kill parts). Possibly go with the mobo and case from the more expensive build, but use all the other parts from the cheaper build.

And to add on, is the R9 280x good enough to warrant a $81 price increase?
280X over a 270X is definitely worth in terms of gaming performance, but you need a better mobo for that FX 8 core cpu. something like the Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
M5A97 is good enough, without heavy overlocking. It will run it at 4GHz just fine.
