What's the best graphics card you can buy for £150 or less?

Hi, and greetings from the U.K. I am looking to upgrade my computer, pretty much everything needs an upgrade. Here are some of the parts I have decided which would suit me for this build.

  1. CPU - AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core Processor.
  2. Motherboard - Asus M5A78L-M/USB3.
  3. RAM - Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory.
  4. GPU - ???? Need help.

I already have a case, PSU (CoolerMaster iGreen Power 600W), OS (free copy as a student perk) and the HDD. This build is not just going to be for gaming. I am going to be using this for android development, network simulation, photo/video editing and of course gaming. I have a 24 inch, 1080p HDMI monitor which is going to be the only display.

This is where I need your help. I am looking for a GPU which will allow me to play most of the games at playable frame rates. I have done some research and found this ASUS HD 7850 . I am also OK with Nvidia cards if anyone has any recommendations.

Yup, I think you might even find a deal on a nice Radeon HD7870 for 150 quid.

Otherwise, go for a Radeon HD 7850 with 2GB of GDDR5 and 2 fans.

I do like the Asus AMD Radeon HD 7850 DirectCU II.... and also like the PNY Geforce GTX 660.

Which one should I choose??
