So I have a Rosewill Challenger U3 Case with a AM3+ Mobo. What is the best cooler for under 50 dollars?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo or the Enermax ETS-T40-TB (and its black and white variants) are my two favorite inexpensive cooling solutions...

If you want the noctua NH-U12P SE2 is only $45 it's also a good option. I've also seen some good benchmarks on the Zalman CNPS11X Performa and CNPS10X Performa, slap some good static pressure fans on those to get a few more degrees too, or on the Hyper 212 like AC1DSKU11 said.

i would say dark knight night hawk right at $50

you can also get a h100 refurb for $60, over your price range but for an extra $10 you can go water

Scythe Mugen Max like anarekist said, Deepcool Lucifer (it's about 170 mm high depending on how high you install the fan, I don't know if it fits).

If height is an issue, you can go with something excentric like the Scythe Grand Kama Cross 2.
