Whats a good DAC for under 100$

So after years of service my old Beresford DAC that I got when I was stationed in Europe bit the dust for good. I can't spend more than 100$USD and that's a real stretch for me. I need something that can power the DT 770 PRO's I got a while back and my Hyper X Cloud gaming headset. There 250 ohm and 60 ohm. 

I am in the middle of a PC upgrade to that's the reason for the low price. I was considering just getting a motherboard with a amp that can power them. But I would still like a DAC to I can take them to work.

Most DAC offerings under $100 look pretty sketchy to me  ... with the exception of maybe this Shiit ...

I personally have not heard them ... but friends have and said they where on par with Mayflowerss objective 2 ODAC combo.

Though some may say the two piece set up is a stack of Shiit.      lol

yeah ... I'm am pretty sure you can add the upgrade later. 

But it would be better to ask them.
