What would be a good replacment heatsink for this pc?

On my backup rig which my sister is using,the cooler(coolit domino alc) has started gurgling and it is running hot,so we need to find a replacment cooler and soon,but we don't have a lot of extra money to spend right now $30 is the most we can afford.

But it also has tall ram so that might be a problem.

I think in some places the xigmatek gaia will sell for cheaper than the 212.

The gaia sells for $25 and is essentially a XIgmatek Dark Knight II Night Hawk minus the LED fan and ceramic coating.
