What wireless card should I use?

I never see people post what wireless card they're going to use in thier PC builds.  Does it matter?  Will any cheap card do?

I didn't get an actual wireless card, waste of money imo.  I bought this USB adapter and I freakin love it!  150mbps and holds it solid.

Also if you powerline is a really good option to look into. I prefer it over wireless cause my pc aint moving but neither is my router (super far away)
