What upgrades should i get with $450 i am getting from selling 2 old pc's to a friend?

I can't sleep so i thought i would work on planing ahead,cause won't get the money for 2 months.

My rig is:

CPU:AMD FX-8150 @ stock

CPU Cooler:CM hyper 212+

CASE:CM HAF 932 Advanced

RAM:2x4GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600Mhz 

PSU:Cougar CMX 1000w 

MOBO:ASUS Sabertooth 990FX 

GPU:Sapphire 7970 reference card 

HDD:1x 1.5TB Seagate sata 2,1x 250GB WD sata 1

SSD:1x60GB OCZ Agility 3

Keyboard:Razer Arctosa

Mouse:Logitech G9x

Speakers:Logitech X-530 5.1 surround sound

Monitors:1x Hanspree HF229H 22" 1680x1050,1x Samsung SyncMaster 2333HD 23" 1920x1080 Monitor/TV,1x  HP W17E 17" 1440x900(but i may be including this small one with the old pc's i am selling)

 

I was thinking of getting doing a screen upgrade,but idk i am having trouble deciding if i should do that or if there is better upgrades for the money.

 

Also do not suggest replacing my cpu+mobo,cause i like them and had good reasons for picking them.

Hmm, look around on eBay or something. If someone is selling a HD 7970 for $450, hit it and go CFX!!!

Should i go for a 27" 60hz,or mabye a 23" 120hz 3D screen?

mainly cause 1 i prefer any money i get from selling old pc stuff, to go into my new rig to improve it.

I will look and consider the ebay option.
