What to upgrade, what to upgrade...decisions, decisions

My setup is starting to slow down and I'm thinking of upgrade my CPU and GPU.

I currently have a xfx 6870 (single fan) and a amd phenom 965x4 BE (oc'ed at 3.9)

I am going to buy the 7950 GPU and the 8350 processor. I don't know which one I should buy to give me a bigger boost right away. I play at 1080p and play GTA IV heavily modded (ICEnhancer)

What else do you play? If you play a lot of GPU intensive games (most games are), I would buy a 7970, and upgrade your CPU later. It will bottleneck in most games, but it will be worth enduring the bottle necks when you eventually raise the money for a better CPU.
