What to do with spare ram and processor

So I have a spare Xeon e5-2609 v1 and 32gb ddr-3 ecc ram that came with a workstation I ordered a few days ago. After I upgraded my system to 2 Xeon e5-2680 v2’s and 128gb of faster ram I have the old stuff sitting around.

I don’t need a spare server atm I have 2 running very well atm, so should I sell/trade them or just give them away? I really don’t care to buy another 2011 v1 board.

Since it comes from a 2011 server it is probably regECC.
