What does it mean that this is on 100 %? I'm mining Dogecoin with Cudaminer

I've stopped it multible times to game, and it starts on 100 again

You mean, the block is at 100%?

That means the block is 100% mined, but there's no other block yed discovered to mine, so you are mining a full mined block.
