Am fine with GOG. It just is there, not nagging to be started or having some irrelevant news.
Steam because Steam.
League because I sometimes play a match or two.
Battlenet and Origin are shit and rarely get started.
Made a custom windows image that installs all the software I want once it logs in the user. Still need want to make a few more adjustments to the decrapification though
I’ve been using CF for years, many years. Personally, I did not have any critical problems with him. I am aware of this situation with CA and some other strange activities.
But does this automatically make the comodo firewall dangerous? I use only fw spi + hips with the settings recommended by cruelsister from malwaretips and did not observe any strange anomalies.
And the action has always been positive. FW does what he has to do and the hips work well.
I understand that Comodo is disliked and has a specific opinion, but is there any known proof of some strange operation of the firewall itself?
I did not notice any information leak or intruder entering the system. I did not have any infections on the machines. They are regularly checked using Malwarebytes and occasionally avast, eset, norton eraser.
If not comodo, what firewall do you recommend for windows machines? It must be a solid firewall and hips. Antiviruses and other modules do not interest me.
