I believe they use something called Open Broadcaster Software or X Split.

i don't know for sure but many many streamers use Open Broadcaster as its pretty simple to use and free.

Xsplit i think need to be paid for to use all its options (not sure on this) and i also think that Open Broadcaster is less of a system hog when compared to other streaming software.
