What size generator or how to figure out what I need?

I live in Florida and my power is pretty shit. I have outages once or twice a month and can't tolerate it anymore. I'm trying to figure out what size generator I should get. This would only be for my computers, modem and router. I plan on getting UPS for each machine, and one for the monitors. This would be to prevent random hard shutdowns and also clean the power before it gets to the computer from the generator.

I have 3 pc's and if possible I would like to be able to power those and the monitors along with the networking gear.

1 Gigabyte Brix

1 750 watt gaming pc with a 7990 and 8350.

1 600 watt Azrock m8 with a titan X and 80watt Xeon.

2x Samsung 32in TV's

1x Samsung Ud28 monitor.

3x modem/router/firewall

If possible I would also like one available outlet to charge a usb tablet/phone.

Probably around a 4000watt generator that gets 3200+ running watts and considering the area probably one that runs off of LPG and water cooled if you can find it. You could probably get by with a 3500 watt but the heat and humidity in that area would take a toll on the generators performance. Also figuring that you might want to be able to run a few fans and mabye a microwave at some point.

(depending on the model) Get one that can output your requirements @ idle (so it doesnt annoy you or anyone else). There are some really good genies coming out of china now for cheap. Like decent 5kva units for <$1000 aud.
