Hello LevelOneTechs!
I wanted to ask people that worked in enterprise or worked with enterprise gear. What subjects should I study more in the university to work in the same niche. I study at department of physics of my university and i’m gonna be a engineer or physicist.
Maybe you can name a literature that can help to know the subject better, should i study programming, maybe a specific language( C, C#, C++ or something else)?
I would be glad to hear any advise you have.
Thank you
Pure theoretical physics, with a focus on either Field Theory or computational particle physics. That would give you the deepest understanding of things that constrain all facets of computation and information. A solid background there would make you irreplaceable and sought after. Programming will come as a side benifit, and you can always learn that on your own. But Physics is much harder to learn, and much more fundamentally relevant to understanding the cutting edge of things.
I would recommend pursuing to be a physicist over an engineer any day of the week.
