What should i spend my income tax on when it comes in next year?

I am really bored so i decided to plan ahead on the upgrades i plan to do with my income tax.

Ok my current rig is this:

CPU:AMD [email protected]

CPU Cooler:COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus

RAM:Crucial Ballistix sport 8GB (2 x 4GB)DDR3 1600mhz

GPU:SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7970 3GB(reference card)

PSU:COUGAR CMX 1000w

MOBO:ASUS Sabertooth 990FX

CASE:COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced

ODD:cheap Samsung DVD-RW

SDD:OCZ Agility 3 60GB(3gb space left)

Sound Card:onboard sound

HDD:1x 1.5TB Seagate SATA 2 drive(300gb of space left),1x 250GB Seagate(0gb of space,full of fraps recordings lol)

Keyboard:Razer Arctosa

Mouse:Logitech G9x

Headset:Logitech G35.and Turtle Beach X12

Speakers:Logitech X-530 5.1

Monitors:1x Samsung 23" 1080p monitor with tv tuner,1x 22" hannspree 1680x1050 monitor,1x 17" HP 1440x900 monitor

Ok last year i got around $850,but i got a $.40 raise since then and i could end up getting up to $1000 if i am lucky.

 

I am unhappy with my keyboard and my headsets,i also would not mind a new monitor,and use the 17" for something else,i am also worried about running out of storage space soon lol,i was also wanting to upgrade my cooling cause under a heavy load my cpu it got up to 59c which is only 3 c from what i read was AMD's suggested max safe temp of the 8150 which is 61c,but i was also considering gettinga second 7970.

There is so many things i could get, i have no clue what i should spend it on.

I know i should not really plan this far ahead,but i am bored out of my mind, and can't be on my rig right now,so i wanted to do this.

Just suggest as if i was going to do it now,and i will change the list later down the road as new stuff come out or prices drop.

for a heatsink I would get a TPC 812

for heatsink fans I would get the Cosair SP120 performance

Well not only do i do fraps recordings which get big quick,but also my steam folder is almost 500gb just by itself(i have almost 120 games in total) plus i also have a lot of CD's and DVD's backed up onto my rig,and a 60GB ssd fills up fast.

Also i plan to do more than just gaming on my rig,i plan on trying to teach myself as much as i can about making video games until i can afford to go to college for it.

How much better would my temps be with that heatsink with those fans?

for storage issue i would get a 2 tb drive for fraps recording and buy another hdd dedicated to steam probly 1tb

Ok so far i am thinking of getting the heatsink and fans giga suggested,plus i am thinking of getting a 1TB and a 2TB WD black(let me know if you think i should pick some other drives) for a total of $366.76 shipped.

What should i spend the rest of the money on?

You could also go for 2 WD red drives for a raid zero for fraps storage and convert another drive for steam

I just got some Corsair SP120's to replace my Cooler Master Sickleflows on my H100. The Sickleflows weren't giving me the performance I wanted out of my H100. Once I installed the SP120's my temps dropped by at least 5 degrees.

Also, the TPC 812 is one of the best coolers on the market right now, and it will be a beast performer with those fans. If you want even better cooling then you could always go with the Phanteks cooler or the Noctua NH-D14. The Phanteks is right up there with the H100, and the Noctua is only a couple degrees warmer.

If you need more storage space, I would suggest either WD Caviar Blacks or WD RE4's. You could always put them in RAID 0 if you need more speed out of them too.

Before you get another graphics card, I would suggest upgrading to a higher resolution monitor or getting several 1080P monitors for eyefinity. You probably won't be able to notice any difference between one card and two cards until you upgrade to a higher resolution. That's why I'm going to be upgrading to a 2560x1440 monitor (I have two 3GB GTX 580s in SLI).

I think i have decided on what to get,but whould love any any input you guys have,you 2 giga you master of budget buying lol.

But i am thinking prices might go down on some of the stuff within the next 5-6 months which is how long it will be before i get my income tax,plus i can try and save up some extra money just in case,plus i think the extra is worth it.
