What Should I Do If I Already Have Storage?

Hey.
I'm building a $450 rig, and I already have storage. But I can't decide which of these is a better deal/tradeoff:
Athlon X4 760K w/64GB SSD
Athlon X4 760K w/Hyper TX3 fan (NO SSD)
Pentium G3258-K w/ 64GB SSD
Pentium G3258-K w/Hyper TX3 fan (yet again, NO SSD)
Which is the better tradeoff? I plan to overclock both CPUs, and have a 500GB drive laying around.

I don't know how good the fan will be but it would probably be better to get the fan since you will OC. A SSD really isn't that usefull unless you really need that quick loading.

I'd go for an SSD but a 120GB not a 64GB.

The preformance bump in day to day applications in great.

The CPU will really depend on what games you want to play. The X4 760k will perform better in newer games, but the G3258 will have better performance in older games. as for SSD or cooler I would go with the SSD.

P.S. The statement about CPU's is general and will not apply to every game.

Yeah I question the 64g ssd. I think that it needs to be at the very least 120 if not 240 to be really useful. Remember that ssd slows down as they get full because it takes longer to find an empty block to write to.

Go for the X4 760K - Dual cores won't cut it for much longer, and get a 120GB SSD, as if the pricing in the US is the same as it is in the UK it's only a ~£10 increase in price for double the capacity.
