What RAM should I pick up?

I have stumbled upon two sets of RAM that I found and want to buy, but I am not sure which to buy. I am currently building a machine and am not sure which set of RAM to buy.

I'd get some DDR3 2133 MHz CL 11 RAM that runs at 1.5v since you are using Intel.
