Which one would you get? Personally I think they're both steals at the moment with the enormous price reduction they underwent 2 days ago. I was eyeballing these monitors when they were $120 more expensive than they are now, but now I'm actually pulling the trigger on one of these babies.
My personal dislike of Asus in general as a brand will have to stand aside this time, i guess... Well then, the question is pretty simple... Do you care that much about 90-144Hz range and do you care that much about TN vs IPS panels? Basically you have faster TN and slightly slower IPS.
Have own Asus & BenQ monitors and have to say that these stands are always lacking in some way, so have been thinking getting some Mithril arm which would solve that problem for good.
If you want to prioritize gaming over productivity go for the TN. If it's the way around go for the IPS. TN can be a good choice in any case because a good TN panel viewed from in front of it can be indistinguishible from an IPS if not put side by side. Also 80$ premium for the IPS is not worth in my eyes.
