So I have a monitor that I got for free. I didnt buy it. its an Acer p216hl.
I look up this monitor, to see its maximum refresh rate (I only have a single link DVI cable, so It could be 60-75 Hz I wont know until my DVI-D cable gets here) But the monitors I find only have VGA connections.
My monitor has VGA, DVI, and HDMI connections available. As well as an audio input. Things that google, newegg, and amazon say that it should not.
i EVEN LOOKED UP ITS ACTUAL PART NUMBER, AND GOT THE INFORMATION HERE.
Later on in the manual, it talks in depth about those ports, which I would assume mean that, they're on the monitor. Seriously, every site that isn't blocked here at work is telling me that monitor has all those ports, including audio. (in fact, an audio out on a pure VGA monitor doesn't REALLY make much sense, seeing as the monitor would never know what sound to output).
So, based on your site, and one other one I found while looking, the refresh rate you're looking for is indeed 60Hz
sarcasm asside, All of the websites that I went to that actually sell/sold this monitor, listed it as VGA only, with no audio in. I never mentioned audio out.
