What microphone to get, condenser vs dynamic?

So I need a decent mic for gaming/streaming and was wondering which ones are good. I have around a 80-90$ budget. I currently use a M-Audio Producer USB Condenser mic, and am unhappy with it, it picks up alot of background noise (like far away noises). So i am unsure which to invest in.

Also will buy a stand etc. separate from that budget.

I've been quite happy with the blue mics, nothing fancy but works for me, here are a few I've personally used

Ive had bad experiences with blue mics (personally), and id rather go with something that can be easily arm mounted.

The MXL in there is easily arm mountable (mine is) and I like the sound of it.

Other good ones are the generic monoprice condenser mic and the at2020

a lot of people hate on the Blue yeti, but i think its great (i have one) though it is a bit clunky and the standard stand it comes with is a cable bender (had to throw away so many USB cables)

The microphone you are using is a cardioid microphone. Do you have it oriented correctly?

Yep it faces me only a bit to my left.
