I have to choose which language i would like to study over a 3 year course... I think i am able to study all main ones. Any suggestions? What is the most used/needed etc?

Depends what market you want to be in.
Personally I would study C++ just because it is the best base for everything. Then I would move on to existing frameworks for C++. Like Boost, GTK, .Net, and even QT.
Really just depends what you want to do though.
If you want just a job that gives you money well there are lots of those in almost every language.
