Depends on the chassis. The Bitfenix prodigy is quite large, it can fit cards with a longer PCB, longer than ordinary sized cards.
as long as you don't have thin ITX, which is very unlikely that you do, any PCI express 1/2/3 card will work, we need to know the case you are using so we know if it will fit

Its more about the case then the MOBO......as the other guys have said, you can slap a 7990 in a Bitfenix Prodigy Mini ITX Case with no problems.
You can fit a 7990, several hdds, a dvd writer and a somewhat larger top down cooler in a tiny elite 120, it is basicly a solid quadrangel off hardware at that point.
Node 304 can fit any length of GPU. FT 03 mini can fit 680/780 but no 7950/7970. Only the real small cases limit you like the SG05. That case has potential. Just needs better design. Luckily I ordered the ncase m1 cause no manufacturer could make a nearly perfect case.
