What is your grease?

I've been running Tuniq TX4 for a couple years now, before that was Arctic Silver 5 which isn't bad.

Also, this is great grease remover:

TX4 and NT-H1, although I'm considering de-lidding a 7350k and using some of that ridiculous liquid metal, since seeing some videos of the process.

Anyone have any insight as to whether the TIM makes a bigger difference UNDER an IHS? LTT did that video showing little difference in typical use. That was nice to see someone actually go though he arduous process just to prove it.

when you delid, you run your water block directly on the cpu... right?

De- and re-lidding just to replace the crappy TIM that Intel uses below the IHS seems to have made a world of difference for some people. In my case, it'd be for the best possible temps on a mobile itx rig that may end up running battery-powered in a bag while being carried around outside in 100° heat all day. Prototype rig for something I'm building.
