just built my 1800 dollar computeer (asus maximus v formula, 4.2 ghz i5 3570k at 27degrees ceelcius, and gtx 670) it literly took me 8 mins to open up this page my download speed is .74 mbs and .12 upload T.T but ill get 85 fps on bf3, it wasnt allways like this however my download speed used to be 12 mbs and just a few moments ago my games starting freezing, crashing. Is this a driver problem? if so how do I get drivers to work after downloading them. Also it's not an internet problem because my laptop wich inferior to my 1800 dollar rig has perfect 10mbs internet. Any idea what the problem is?
I would start with drivers. Asus drivers generally have a "Setup" button in the file itself. So extract the file (right click then click extract all), then double click the folder and look for a "setup" button.
put the new drivers in things run much more smoothly thnkas, however when I first boot up my computer everything is super laggy even if i wait 5 mins and the performance gets better over time such as faster opening of web pages do hard drves need drivers also? or is it just a failing hard drive?
When you update drivers, sometimes the first windows boot can be a bit longer, see if persists then I would look into updating the firmware for you SSD (if you have one) and make sure you have the most up to date sata controller drivers.
